Suggest Treatment For Uncontrollable Anger

Hi, I am in my late 30 s, single living with my mother, she is in late 60 s, my anger is always at high when it is related to food prepared by my mother, she is not open to comments on taste of the food, when commented the anger is uncontrollable, This is hurting myself and my mother whom I take good care of her, but the anger is shortlived , Please help me out.
