Suggest Treatment For Unbearable Pain Caused By Torn Rotator Cuff
i have torn my rotater cuff (had an MRI on 22nd of dec) and I am not able to see and orthorpedic surgion until Mid january i am in horrible pain and unable to sleep of do any thing with my arm, I been doing PT and is getting worse. what can be prescribed and how soon would I be able to get help, I am in SLC

I can understand your concern and pain and for that I would like to suggest the following analgesic, but you also need to bear the pain as hard as you could, try to maintain good and comfortable posture,
1) Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg once in day
2) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day
3) Tab Chlorzoxazone once in day
