Suggest Treatment For Typhoid Fever And Low Hemoglobin Levels

Typhiod fever with low hemoglobin 7.2 ,her 23 age So first increase value of hemoglobin or decrease typhiod fever initial stage 1.80 Please tell me what can I do . I consulting Dr. , his given injection iron with hemoglobin, and continue paracetamol tablet 500 MG .no typhoid tratment.

many things are missing in your report ..
1.titer 1:80 is of which strain ???
2.what was titer of other strain ??
3.for low HB - full CBC report with peripheral cell morphology???
1.it is difficut to say typhoid still if there take tab ZIFI 200 mg twice a day for 7 days..
3.low HB is not only because low iron level...so go for lab test first..then have treatment..
revert back for better help..
