Dear sir i can understand your concern. in my opinion your doctor gave a very good prescription. the medication Inovkana is a SGLT2 inhibitor which helps you to loose weight by throwing sugar away from your body in urine. in my opinion the medications given by doctor are far better and very well studied than inovkana. in case if you are very interested in taking the medication you can get in countries like india and USA. regards Dr vamsi
