Suggest Treatment For Two Freckles On Right Hand
I have two freckles on my right hand on the palm. They appeared at the same time a few months ago. One is really dark and the other is really light. What does it mean when you get freckles on your palms? I do not have any other freckles on my palms or fingers.

You may be developing junctional naevi. These neavi can appear in adults. No need to worry about them. If there sudden increase in size, asymmetry, irregular borders and bleeding or oozing then you should consult a dermatologist. Although these changes are very rare.
