Suggest Treatment For Twitching Of Muscles In Hip

Hi, I have been having ongoing muscle twitching near the overlapping of the ITB and TFL, might be my Vastus lateralis or the outer fibers of a hip flexor, not quite sure. Its has been happening almost continually for a week or more, and the only time it does not seem to happen is when I am working out at the gym. There is no muscular pain, or spasming, just continual twitching. As its been over a week continually, its starting to worry me a bit. I am an RMT, so being physically active and stretching is something I do every day, but no matter how much I stretch, its still there...Also the last two days I have felt the twitching right above the patella, maybe in the Rectus Femoris, or another flexor muscle at the same time as in the other area mentioned above. I do like spicy food, but I do not eat it even every other day, as I heard that could be a reason I have been having the twitches, but as I dont eat spicy food continuously and the twitching IS every day, that doesnt strike me as a likely conclusion. Any thoughts?
