Suggest Treatment For Twisted Knee

I twisted my knee yesterday when I got off the ski lift. I felt a little pop on the inside of my knee, and it hurt pretty bad. BUt I was able to snowboard back down. But now it hurts if I rotate my upper leg or if I try to straighten it too fast. It isn t swollen or bruised, and it s pretty stable, just really sore. I didn t tear anything did I?
