Suggest treatment for transient ischemic attack

Hi, I waned your help in clarifying few questions on TIA. My father had TIA around 3 years back. After that he is doing good with the medication. Doctors suggested them to not to go for DSA as it s risk. Could you please suggest what are the alternative options we have to cure this disease? Thanks.

To avoid another TSA you need to check due to what cause he has got the 1st attack. And then do have check on his BP, cholesterol, as well the heart health. Of it remains stable he will not have any other issues. Of course you also need to check with physical therapist for some simple exercise programs so that it will help to control all like BP, cholesterol, as well heart.. And you can also have a diet check for him. Take care
