i have a hole the size of a ink pen head. i cant wear any type of adheseve to keep it in place because of the hole. the hole is the third tooth to the left and it goes clear to the bone and is very painful.. my gums are not uniform in shape it has always dipped up in that spot after they were pulled is this something that can be fixed or heal on its own with leaving the denture out .. i ware them 24 7 and have never been able to go with out them please help!!! thank you
