I ve tried everything to tea, lemon, honey, cough spray, nothing is working. Just please help. My throat is killing me, it s swollen with white spots all over it

you seem to have follicular tonsillitis. immediately start with antibiotic ( t. amoxyclav 625 TDS for 7 days) and analgesics. start with betadine gargles. take levocetrizine too.avoid chilled food items. lignocaine viscous with honey can give you relief from pain.dont delay treatment coz it can worsen andu may need injectabales.don't depend on whiskey. it has no role.its a bacterial infection.
