Suggest Treatment For Tiredness, Hot Flashes, Slight Nausea And Lower Back Pain
For about a week ive been extreamly run down and tired to the point im falling asleep on my lunch break at work. I also have lower back and hip pain, a type of hot flashes throughout the day, and I get episodes of slight nausea. what could be wrong? Should I go to the hospital

There is a need of complete evaluation and treatment. For that, you are thinking on right lines. Going to the hospital is the right decision and a timely too.
They will run a battery of blood tests and an ultrasound to find the cause of these symptoms.
Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.
Have a wonderful time ahead.
