Hi,

Severe headache is usually due to inadequate sleep, pollution, fatigue, depression, etc. Tinnitus associated with headache is due to migraine, post concussion syndrome or IIH (Idiopathic intracranial hypertension. Get examined by an ENT specialist, you need to get CT, MRI & Audimetry tests done to evaluate the degree of the developing pathology.

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, restrict salt intake, stay away from sound pollution. Along with medications, you may need surgery. Therapies like CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) & HRT (habitual retraining therapy) are helpful).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K,
