Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus And Ankle Swelling After A Foot Sprain From Falling Down

Hi, I got a foot sprain from falling down from a small height. After standing up i felt dizzy and ringing in my ears. 6 hrs after ankle is swollen, i have taken paracetamol and applying ice. What to do next? It pains while walking but fine when i sit down, I can move my fingers and my knee but have pain while moving ankle.

You may need a week to recover from this situation. For the moment ice packs and immobilization are OK. If the pain persists, I recommend consulting with an orthopedic surgeon for a physical exam and a joint X-ray study.
