For about four days now, I have had a tingling in my right leg. Sometimes it is just my upper thigh and sometimes it extends down to my foot. It is not numb or painful per se, but it is very irritating. It mainly bothers me when I am at rest or sitting still. I recently sprained my right ankle and have been wearing a air cast on that foot for 3 weeks. Is this a side effect of the cast and how I walk with it. Perhaps a pinched nerve? Please help.
