Recently I ve been having some strange sensations. I sometimes experience a very tight chest, and it feels hard to breathe, although I m breathing fine. I also occasionally feel light headed and sometimes feel as though I have almost an electric sensation that begins at my ear and works its way down to my neck. Additionally, my back sometimes gets quite tight in the shoulder area. I am 50 years old, take one medication, Nexium. Recently my blood pressure has been high, both the diastolic and systolic. Should I be concerned about any of these symptoms?
