Suggest Treatment For Tightening And Pain In Stomach And Abdomen

I used to get pain in right side of stomach kind of tightening and pain. Doctors used to give antibiotic and it used to become better. This happened for couple of years. Later when I used to eat lunch I used to feel cold and would go out in sunshine and will come back after half an hour after feeling better standing in sun shine. One year back all of a sudden I felt giddy, was not able to stand, felt restless and had shooting sensation from back to head / brain as if some current is flowing and the nerves in the back of the brain (neck and above) were feeling squeezed. I was taken to nearest hospital, ecg was taken and was normal, was given Pan D injection after half an hour I felt better. Same thing happened after a week and same treatment and recovered. Then met a Gastoenterologist who checked and informed to take Pan 40 for a month, felt better with it, after that for one month advised to take pan 20. Though it was manageable, never felt perfectly allright, as I will have blushing on face, will feel more hot, will be feeling week / fatigued, will feel the current like thing flowing in back till head, will not be able to concentrate and understand logically and apply mind fully. Many a time after eating will feel as if no staraingth in body and will lay down for couple of hours and the situation will become better. Even now I feel sensation and mild pain on right side bottom part of the abdomen. Earlier the motion used to be normal, now I feel like going to toilet as soon as I get up some time even need to get up from sleep to go for motion. Looks like there is some infection in right part of abdomen. Abdomen ultrasound is normal, only more gas is shown. I used to drink bed tea (empty stomach) and 3 /4 more teas during the day. Otherwise no bad habits, vegetarian, mild exercise and active person. Please advice.

Hi
welcome to our website

After reviewing the information shared, a few things come to mind

Following are the possibilities:
1) Chronic constipation - IBS-C
2) Bacterial overgrowth syndrome
3) Gastritis
4) Medication side effect - esp. psychiatric medications

What to do now:-
1) Avoid constipation with a large platter of salad, sprouts or
Sat Isabgol 1- 2 tsp three times per day.

2) Take 3 to 4 LT of water, measured by a bottle everyday.
3) Decrease the size of each serving. Use smaller plates and bowls to enjoy food.
2) Add more veggies and salads (without dressing) in each meal.
3) Have frequent and small meals.
4) Eat at a slower pace, esp when you have a hunger prang.
5) Avoid sugar in your tea.

Talk to your treating doctor regarding the above information.

I hope that helps in addressing your concerns.
