Suggest Treatment For Tight Anus And Blood In Stools
I am a male, I had rough anal sex about 2-3 months ago. the first couple weeks I had fleshy substances in my stool, sometimes accompanied by blood. Then I kept getting irritation and would bleed when I would wipe after using the bathroom. I also noticed that my outer anus would always be moist.. no real color and it smelled like poop. Since then I sometimes bleed when I wipe, I still have moistness in my bottom and I have noticed that my anus is now overly tight. I cant even put a finger in without lots of pain. I dont have any sort of bumps that I can see when I look in. and I am pooping normaly.. I am confused.
Due to anal reception, you may develop anal mucosa irritation and abrasions in the anus. These skin abrasions may cause bleeding or prone to develop fissures.
Also chances of lax anal sphincter which may cause fecal incontinence. Irritation may cause anal sphincter spasm. Use high fiber diet with plenty of liquids. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Use diltiazem gel for local application. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
