Suggest Treatment For Thyroid Disorder During Pregnancy

I am 29 years old and has recently discovered that I am suffering from thyroid. I m one month pregnant nd while carrying out a blood test found out that my TSH is 22.5 . What should I do? Is it safe to take any medicine during pregnancy? Will thyroid affect my baby?
