Suggest Treatment For Throbbing Headaches And Coughs

Hello... I m a male in my 40 s. I have had a constant throbbing headache between my eyebrows...sinuses... for about 4 months now. I have no coughing, sneezing, or itchy eye symptoms whatsoever. It is just this contstant throbbing dull pain in my sinuses... my nose hurts... (bridge).. I have taken every kind of sinus medicine I can get my hands on. I also take an antihistamine every single day. Absolutely nothing has worked. Nothing. I have also tried saline solution and it does not work. I m dying. Will penicillin help a sinus infection? I m so desperate to feel normal
