Suggest Treatment For Throat Ulcer

Hello I have a white and black ulcer on my right tonsil. I have been on antibiotics for the last 3 days due to a throat infection I ve had for about 9 days. I had glandular fever about 15 years ago. Should I go back to my gp or will it just go away on its own?
