Suggest Treatment For Thoracic Spine Anatomy

I have a compression fx in thoracic region of spine. What is the spam procedure? Is it successful? What specialty does this? What about vertebroplasty? Osteoporosis is cause....I don t even know when it broke but pain kept getting worse. Found on Mri and close to spinal cord. any help you can give me is appreciated.
