I have a white circle under my eyes .I consulted a dermatologist and she said its sun burn and prescribed me three creams.She also recommended 12 sessions of Neostrata peel which she said will remove the dead skins and will heal this problem.The 12 session of the peel would cost heavy to my pocket so i want to take second opinion before i finalize on this session.Please advice
