Suggest Treatment For The Shoulder Pain
Im only 24 and I ve never suffered from this type of pain Before my right shoulder woke me up from sleep and won t stop hurting I don t know if its from stress or if I just slept wrong but I can t sleep I just want to know the best way to ease this pain.

In my opinion, the shoulder pain can be related to the sleep position. I suggest stretch exercises. You can use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also recommend cold compresses at the pain area for relief.
