Suggest Treatment For The Following Urine Analysis

I was diagnose to have uti last week with my urinalysis results of ph 6, specific gravity 1.010. albumin +, pus loaded, rbc 4-6, ep cell: few, phosoate:few, mus threads: occasional, bacteria: moderate so I was given nitrofurantoin for 5 days every 6 hrs. This medication was finished 3 days ago, so yesterday I had to re check my urine and the results I got were 10 rbc, specific gravity 1.011 ph 7 wbc 0 color pale yellow ep cells, bacteria, cyst, others none and glucose, protien, etc negative
