Suggest treatment for the cough

Dear Doctor,
How are you? I hope you are doing good.

I am getting cough very frequently.
What I observed in my food is, whenever I take pickles[gongura, tamota, manjo, chilli] with some rice then immediately I get cough.

Why it is coming?
Why can not I take pickles with rice for one day lunch or dinner?

Please suggest what to do? What not to do?

As you mentioned that you are having cough but after pickle & rice ?
This type of cough may be due to some allergy caused by certain food ( as pickle & rice in your case).
Now either avoid rice and pickle together or take some antihistamine drugs like monteleukast+ levoceterizine , as required and whenever you need.
If cough present without pickle & rice , may be due to allergic bronchitis and known as asthmatic allergic bronchitis . When such type of patient visit in my clinic I prescribe them monteleukast+ bambuterole tablet once or twice in day till complete relief.
Hope this information will help you.
