General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As you can not sustain your erection long with general fatigue, low back pain, it seems clinical manifestations of testosterone deficiency. The treatment protocols depend upon the level of deficit as minor deficiency can be treated with oral medications while severe deficiency can be managed with injection of testosterone as well.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
