Suggest Treatment For Testicular Lumps

My son is 31 and has had problem. When having bowel movement sometimes he just doesn't urinate through penis, but he says it looks like com and has lumps in testicle. He has no ins and lives in Daytona Beach area and only works part-time and getting food stamps but cant get medical and dosen't know what to do.

Hi Dear!!Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read your query and understood your health concern.
Based on facts of you query, you seem to suffer from-
Hydrocele/ Epididymitis/Spermatocele.
Remedy-
Proper causal diagnosis would need USG / Colour Doppler and Urologist Opinion.
One has to investigate for STD if he has any such history urethritis/pain in testes.This would need treatment by antibiotics- like Ciplox / Doxycyline/ and with NSAIDs.If no relief further assessment with CT prostate from Urologist is advised.
