Whenever I'm sat in a dimly lit room or the light is fading I start to feel as though the walls are closing in on me and often feel a little upset inside. This has been a problem for quite a long time, however, I've felt stupid bringing it to anyone's attention. Is there anything that you think may be the cause of this and are there are recommended treatments? I don't want to waste anyone's time.
