General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would recommend you to see a physiotherapist and get some exercises that will help relax the spasms of the muscles and improve your pain.

If the pain is not better with pain killers and exercises then you will need an MRI of the shoulder to determine the exact cause of the pain and further treatment.
Sometimes, surgery may be needed if pain medications, steroids, and exercises are not helping and the pain is severe.

I hope I have answered your query and have been helpful to you. Let me know if I may assist you further.

Regards,

Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
