Suggest Treatment For Tailbone And Lower Back Pain After Injury

I fell off my bike months ago & whacked my tailbone but never bothered about it then just recently I had enormous pain in my tailbone & lower back I can t sit lie down or get comfortable & also lower back pain I ve made appointment with the doctor am scared I ve damaged something please advise

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from coccyxdynia. Its treatment is hot sits bath morning and evening. Analgesics (diclofenac ) can be taken for pain relief. You should sit on soft things, avoid hard objects for sitting .You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
