Suggest Treatment For Swollen Testicles That Is Tender To Touch

hello; I am a 52 year old male. Healthy, no pre existing conditions. Recently, my right testicle is often swollen, and very tender to the touch. When this happens, I also feel pain in my right/lower abdomen as well as right/lower back. The pain and most of the swelling will go away after a day or so.

Hi.
Noted your history of recurrent swelling and pain in the right testicle which usually goes away the next day of the appearance.
The commonest causes are
Inguinal hernia
Epididymo-orchitis.
Blockage of the vas deference or at the level of the epididymis which is not permanent.
TO get the correct diagnosis:
Consult an Urologist.
Get ultrasonography and color doppler examination only when there is a swelling and pain to get the diagnosis, never when there is no pain and swelling.
Tests of semen analysis may give a clue.
Tests of blood and urine.
Once diagnosed get treated as advised by your Urologist.
