Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node Under The Chin
I am a 53 year old woman with a history of uterine cancer, thyroid cancer and a pre cancerous endocrine tumor on my pancreas also have multiple tumors on my spine but not followed up with a new nurologist since mine left the practice and also have a nodule on the upper duodenum . A few months ago a lymph node under my chin became a bit enlarged I was examined by my Dr but now it has become even more enlarged maybe a little bigger than a quarter and a little tender. Should I be concerned?

With the given back ground history, I would recommend getting the node examined with your doctor. Signs of concern are progressive enlargement, hard to touch, not freely mobile or any change of overlying skin contour. Depending on the initial assessment, you may be asked for an ultrasound and FNAC (needle aspiration cytology) test.
