Hi. I thought I might have tonsil stones as I have swollen lymph nodes for more than two years now on the left side of my neck under jawline and I have been to the ENT numerous times, had CT scan and other checks and they could not find anything. Anyway, I poked around with a cutip to see if anything was there and now it feels like something dislodged or is trying to dislodge..on the right side in the back of my throat..only thing is the feeling of something in my throat is now constant and I m afraid I could choke on it-it feels so big..I m afraid to go to sleep! Checked just now and there seems to a nodule of flesh hanging off that right tonsil. Please I need to know what it might be and if it needs urgent attention..feels like I can choke on whatever it is or my throat can close up..God forbid!
