Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node In The Neck

I have a soft diffused swelling on the front right side of my neck, below this swelling I have a painfully hardened right supraclavicular area and also a painless lump on the left side of my neck(trapezium muscle). All 3 symptoms appeared only in the past week. I did not have a fever or cold, but was feeling a bit shivery last week for 2 days. I am a 27 year old married woman and I work from home usually lying down. I am worried if this could be cancerous or just bad posture. I have no other issues and never had any other health issues before.

Hi.
Thanks for your information and query.
Since hte swellings have been present only for a week, cancer may not be issue and your age is against any cancer.

Yet to be on a safer side I would advise in such a patient the following:
- First of all to have a proper clinical evaluation, check for the local swellings, vital ans any septic focus in the drainage are.
- 7-day course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory
-FNAC
All these primary investigations and findings will get us the diagnosis and then to treat accordingly.
