For treatment of swollen knees after an injury you can take some antibiotic preferably zifi-cv or moxikind-cv after an expert advice along with meftal-plus or ibugesic-plus for stiffness and swelling. Do hot water fomentation over knee region to reduce the swelling as well as inflammation.
