I recently Did a long ruck march over 25 miles, I was fine for the day and the following day and then my Knee started to Hurt. I went to a doctor but she didnt really touch my knee all she did was just glance at it and said it was swollen. Its been 3 days since then. I iced it and elevated it 3 times a day and still no result. Is their anything else better to do or could it be somthing else wrong with my knee?
