hello, I am a 22 year old male n abt a week ago I popped my left knee. I felt immense pain at the time n my knee grew abt 3 times its original size. Got an x ray which was normal. Doc said he just needed to take the bad blood out. He extracted 95ml of blood and my knee returned to normal size. Now I dont feel pain. I can walk perfectly. After abt 5 days my knee has swollen again. Second visit to Doc said I have Acl tear. He gave a knee brace n taught me some exercises. Pain has returned after exercises n I cant do the exercises.. Please help.
