Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have inflammation of the gum flap that surrounds the wisdom tooth leading to Pericoronitis..
It occurs due to accumulation of food debris between the gum flap and the wisdom tooth and there is bacterial proliferation and inflammation leading to pain and pus formation..
Foul smell and bleeding is due to inflammation and infection..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

You can be advised a course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen and warm saline gargles and antiseptic mouthwash gargles..
Do cool compresses over the cheeks..
If it recurs removal of gum flap and also extraction of wisdom tooth can help in permanent resolution..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
