Suggest Treatment For Swollen Glands On Neck

Hi first I thought I had tonsillitis again after having it 3 months ago, nothing turned up on my tonsils but I have swollen glands on my neck and finding it hard to swallow. It worse in the evening. It s been 4 days and no improvement. Also wondered if I had users as my younger feels sore and tired, I then felt swollen circumvallate papillaes. Could u suggest anything please, I thought of oral herpies

The swollen glands in the neck you are describing can be because of the infections in the oral cavity or in the neck region. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like azithromycin(if you are not allergic).
Do saline gargling.
