My triceps/ elbows have been swollen for 5 days now. I started this new workout with a lot of pushups. The first day I was in a lot of pain but as time passed the pain level lightened up. Now they re just still as swollen as they were on Friday. Should I go see a doctor? And when would I be able to work my arms again?
