I have a 3 year old son and his cheeks were swollen yesterday morning, we went to a dentist and also to a pediatrician and they prescribed to take antibiotics. when we were home, the swelling got in his eyes too . He also have fever. Is this about his teeth? Or any more serious problem?? I need help.
without local examination it is not possible to diagnose the cause. it can be just allergic manifestation for round worm. give albendazole for deworming can take second opinionpediatrician for diagnosis and confirm the need of starting antibiotic. it can be viral infection. control fever with crocin tablet or syrup. keep the child under observation to mark swelling of face
