Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ankles

Hi Sir, I found that my ankles of legs are swollen, earlier i though due to tight shocks that i wear but next day i again found them swollen, then i did my test after consulting doctor. The test result are like uric acid is 6.67, Triglycerides 366 mg/dl, TCL/HDL cholestrol 5.7, LDL/HDL ratio 3.5, VLDL cholestrol 73.2., non HDL cholestrol 166,67, SGOT 42.86, SGPT 77.97. Pls tell what should i do.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the ankle swelling only then it may not be due to any heart disease or renal disease unless it is being detected and diagnosed clinically, here the given report does not give any clue for that, it may be due to low hemoglobin, for exact cause of this clinical examination and ECHO needed, you have not mentioned age and gender else it may give some clue hope this information helps.
