Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Sore Mole On The Chin

Hi. I have a mole on the side of my chin that has been there as long as I can remember. I am 42 yes young now. Lol. The mole hurts seems like it is swollen an is very sore to the touch. It feels like a swollen pimple. What should I do about it? Any suggestions?
