Wrist swallen and painfull.

Four days ago the bone on my right wrist, little finger side became double it's normal size and it hurts to move my wrist. (you know, the one that sticks out anyway)

I didn't hurt my wrist or do any hard work that day.

I am a 38 years old female, working as a hostess/sailor on a big sailboat and I have no other madical problems.

During th daytime I bandage my wrist to partly imobilize it and I masage it with Voltarene cream three times a day, but it doesn't get any better.
