Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Wrist
I was shoveling snow with a layer of ice underneath the other day. When I woke up the next morning my wrist was in EXTREME pain and really swollen. It has been 3 days now and the pain has not gone away and now when I squeeze my wrist it feels like there is fluid moving around. What could it be and what should I do?
