Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Penile Foreskin
Hello I was circumcised two weeks ago. But 3 days back I got an erection when I was sleeping and one of the stitches got damaged and it was bleeding. I tried to apply pressure on the bleeding part. But today it s a bit swollen and painful when I touch it. What must I do?

Noted your history about circumcision 2 weeks ago, developed erection 3 days back ,got bleeding and now edema and pain.
Since it is already 2 weeks that circumcision got done it is rare to have bleeding and pain as the healing is almost complete within a week.Well, the possibility is that the stitch at one spot might have had infection that got ruptured so the bleeding and swelling with pain.
If the swelling is minimal then nothing to worry about, this usually settles well.
If the swelling and pain is more then consult your Doctor for examination, applications of any stitch if there is obvious looking superficial vein, antibiotic if there is any infection and an anti-inflammatory medicine.
Ask for a medicine like amitriptyline at bedtime to avoid morning erection.
