Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Foot

Hello Yes I have swelling just underneath my toes in my left foot . Also it is numb , thought it might be a planter wart but having someone check the site doesn t seem to be the problem. It also seems to be getting worse , I m currently overweight not exercising much at all , also have swelling just above my ankles mid calf also feels very fluidy.

I strongly suggest that this swelling get could be related to less circulation and weakness of foot muscle which is not able to push fluid up from there. I suggest to keep your elevated with pillow use below your ankle. As well do maximum movement of feet along with toe stretch as well plantar surface stretch. And wait for 2 days.

If swelling is not reducing and there is a symptom of pain then you need to visit a vascular doctor and need to have check on lower limb dopler and take treatment as per his suggestion after having proper physical check by him.
