Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Ankle

I knocked a glass bottle off the top of the fridge onto the top of my foot and front of ankle. It s swollen and blue right away. I can wiggle my toes but definite decreased range of motion. It is elevated, iced and I took ibuprofen. When should I be concerned of a fracture and how much ibuprofen and frequency should I be taking?

It is possible you might have sustained a fracture. If I were your treating doctor I would recommend an xray of right foot with ankle to rule out fracture. Ibuprofen can be taken 2-3 times a day but I suggest you visit an ER.
Hope I have answered all your queries. If you have any furthur questions i would be happy to help. Good day.
