Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Itchy Buttocks With Yellow Discharge

My anus is slightly swollen, itchy, and has a light, clear yellowish discharge. I have had unprotected anal sex with a man approximately 5-6 weeks ago. The sex was slightly painful, and didnt continue for very long due to its discomfort. In addition, 'the guy', rimmed me before the sex as well. It seem that the itchiing and discharge have been become more noticeable over the past 3-4 weeks. Yes I know unprotected sex was dumb!
I know that it is likely an std, but are there any more, 'acceptable' causes then that? After passing a stool, I may 'rub/wipe' the area and cause some blood to appear on the tissue, but I think this is just caused by irritation due to too much 'rubbing the itch'!
