Suggest Treatment For Swelling Up Of Testicles

My father is a 84 yr. Old man and he has a problem with testicles swelling to an extreme where his penis gets hidden makes it hard to urinate properly one urologist gave him some medicine don t remember name one was something like advor something dont remrmber. Can something be done with medication at hospital Italian trying to find out if I should take him or just take him to primary doctor in the morning.

thank you for asking the concern and welcome to HCM. testicular swelling with burring of penis is more likely a hydrocele may be of both side also. i would suggest to visit any surgeon but this is not urgency. if your father is not able to pass urine or having much pain or swelling is painful to touch then you should visit as early as possible. as your father is 84 year old, surgeon may find it difficult to operate but hydrocele operation can be done under local anaesthesia also so please find correct surgeon. it will be much releving for him.
